Alumina ceramic beads

Alumina ceramic beads enjoy extraordinary temperature resistance, excellent insulating property. Alumina is extremely resistant to wear and corrosion. Aluminum oxide beads is made of 95% alumina ceramics, the highest temperature can be up to 1650 °C.

Alumina Beads are produced by fusion and sintering process with different density. The very fine and uniform microstructure allows an ideal grinding effect. It can be applied in grinding and dispersing such materials as calcium carbonate, kaolin, titanium dioxide, coating, paint, and ink.

The pad made of alumina ceramic as high quality raw material. It is formed to various shapes by special techniques after firing in high temperature. Good thermal shock resistance, good insulation. Flexible ceramic pad heaters are designed for most preheat and post heat treatment (stress relieving) prerequisites on weld joined materials. They can be used to construct a simple, low-cost furnace when combined with the proper insulation as well as in many other applications where a flexible heater is required.

The properties that lead to selection of the material are:-

- High wear-resistance
- High density enhances grinding effect and efficiency.
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- No pollution to materials
- Improve productivity and enhanced service life
- Customized size
- Highest Quality materials
